Shipping Policy
We ship most orders within 2 business days, unless otherwise specified on the products information page.
Should you need your order by a certain date, please check with us, either by email, sales@fancygloves.com or by telephone, 704-748-1288, to make sure we can get your order to you by the desired date.
Zone rate shipping charges are shipped via first class mail through USPS.
Please note: Orders placed after 2:00 P.M. PST, Monday-Friday will be shipped the next business day, excluding weekends and holidays.
We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays. If you need an order shipped overnight, we must receive your order by 12:00 P.M. PST.
Return Policy
FancyGloves is happy to work with you regarding any problems you may have and will gladly replace an item with another item of your choice, issue a store credit, or refund the credit card used for its purchase. Shipping charges are non refundable and COD returns will not be accepted. Please note: Custom color combinations cannot be returned. Please follow the guidelines below when making a return.
- Telephone or email us, within 7 days for a return authorization number.(Returns without an RA will be sent back to you.).
- Include a copy of your invoice and your RA number along with the return.
- Items must be in new unused condition.
- Please allow 5-7 days for refund processing.
- We advise that you insure your return package. FancyGloves will not be held responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
- Returns of 3 or more items will incur a 15% re-stocking fee.
